This is an excellent store with quality tailored suits. The personnel clearly are experts in the way a suit should fit and make recommendations based on how you say you want the suit to fit. There are a lot of customization options. You can change the cuffs, buttons, pockets, collars, etc. The showroom has all the material on display so you can review the colors and fabrics. I recommend going to the store so you can view the colors live rather than online where it looks a little different. You also get to feel the fabric which matters. They also carry chinos which are custom sized for you. Suits are very affordable and they have sales pretty often. I prefer the style choices to Men's Wearhouse. Much more modern styles at Indochino.

I came in for a suit fitting in the Soho showroom. The service was great. I was in and out in about 30 mins and walked away feeling good about the fabric and custom options we put together. Looking forward to getting my suit in the next couple of weeks.

I highly appreciate and recommend Mitch and the Seattle Indochino store. Mitch was attentive, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable. Being able to lean on his expertise put me at ease as I’ve never been fitted for a suit and wasn’t entirely sure what I was doing.
At the end of the day, I felt great about my purchase thanks to Mitch.

Michelle was great! I came in for a wedding consultation and had some suits in mind for the event. She took her time showing me the fabric that matched my event, as well as the customization opportunities for my groomsmen. Highly recommend the Aventura location!

Horrible customer service no connection between employees in store and the back end sad that I couldn’t get a phone call to sort things out and never received an email response or update on my order still haven’t received my refund for the switching to a lower priced fabric. Still don’t know what type type of suit is being made for me no one ever updated me on my order. 1st and last time and would never recommend this service or company.

His smile and attitude instantly eased my anxiety and made the experience delightful. His expertise of material and styles helped the ease of choices for me. His attentiveness to my preferences assured me that the end product would match my tastes and expectations. And I will rest at ease waiting 3 to 4 weeks for the finished product

Indochino's Broad Street location is an exceptional shop with an incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Heck, I'd trust them with my kids but honestly they are not a daycare nor do I have any children. Still, a great spot and you come out looking even better. I highly recommend.

Even with already having one suit from Indochino, the experience I had Wednesday night was excellent. Bryan was nice, helpful, and great to talk to throughout the whole experience! The store was beautiful and professional, and I look forward to having my suit come in. I can’t wait to see it!
